Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Bayer Leverkusen attacker Andre Schurrle.
The Blues announced on June 13 that they had reached an agreement with the Bundesliga side for the transfer of Schurrle, and now the details and formalities of the deal have been finalised.
The 22-year-old, who
can play on either flank or up front, has signed a five-year contract
and will wear the No.14 shirt at Stamford Bridge."I am so happy now I have signed and it is an honour for me to play for this club, with this team and for these great fans," Schurrle told the club's official website. "I am really looking forward to it."
